Nothing we didn’t like. Well worth the effort of being out at 7am and not back till 6pm. The knowledge our guide Kirsty had made the trip even more spectacular. The guide in Great Meteora spoke excellent English and really engaged with us explaining in detail the chapel. She even remembered us when at restaurant for lunch. Not for anyone with mobility difficulties but if possible make this trip. Thank you. Well worth cost.

I thought the local guide at mighty meteora monastery was not very useful. It was difficult to understand her Engkish and she was showing tiny pictures (invisible at the back) . A handout from the guide on the bus would have been more useful . The visit to the alpine town was OK but there waa no information given on the type of cheeses that were on offer. Again a leaflet would be helpful. Regarding the diagram of the monastries it could have been better . The rep on the bus was great.

Exceptional company, driver and guide providing this excursion Meteora itself is quite breathtaking. Reminded me (on a smaller scale) of the Grand Canyon. Lots of steps to climb and handrails aren’t always very high to act as safety rails but obviously this is just an observation and nothing to do with provision of excursion

The whole experience was extremely pleasurable. Meteora is just breathtaking 😍 From the start of the trip, everyone greeted each other with a good morning. Kirsty the tour guide was exceptional, with the history of the surrounding area's. We also was taught a few greek words. Was worried about being on the coach for that long, but there was plenty of coffee, and toilet stops along the way. The restaurant we stopped at for dinner at the little town underneath Meteora was also a lovely stop off.

Loved the trip to Meteora, it was a long day and found the stop off on the return at Metsovo was not necessary

The lady guide we had was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable about the country , the history, the landscape and she shared it all so that it was interesting to all. The actual meteora was immense!! Just jaw dropping, I would recommend it to anyone. On the downside , we stopped at a restaurant which wasn't advertised on the itinerary, as I have food intolerances , there wasn't anything for me that I felt comfortable with. If I'd known I could have planned for it.
