Then you'll visit two local wineries where you'll enjoy two tastings of their fine wines. There's a brief stop in Avignon with free time for a quick lunch or snack before the next part of your tour.

The afternoon is dedicated to exploring the Luberon area, known for its charming villages and stunning landscapes. You'll visit Roussillon with its remarkable ochre cliffs displaying different shades from brown to orange and red — an ideal opportunity for photography enthusiasts.

The journey continues through Lacoste, home to the Marquis de Sade's castle, and across the historic Roman bridge, Pont Julien. The final stop is Gordes, a village perched in Luberon, celebrated for its dry stone architecture. The tour concludes with a return to Avignon.

Informative visits to two wineries, very scenic and beautiful villages in Luberon wonderful vistas of the region. The trip offered an insightful enjoyable experience with a guide who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a few extra sights added too- a castle and abbey. Great photos! Thanks.
