Pick ups all on time Given all info we needed Nice modern coach

This should not be sold to anyone that isn't going to the waterpark. We where going to MHT, doors opened at 7 & started at 7:30. We were told pick up was at 7 & would be there by 7:10. We wasn't picked up until 7:20 & went to another drop off first. We were dropped off nowhere near MHT & the staff on the coach didn't know where we needed to be. We used Google maps to find it & arrived 15 mins late. The show finished at 11 but the coach was not coming back until 11:45, we got a cab back instead

Arrived on time and clear easy instructions on collection time & point. Coach was modern, clean & had air con.

Firstly the coach was 40 minutes late! The tui representative told us it was 25minutes transfer which turned into 1 hour going and 1hr 10minutes on return. We were told the shops would be open until 10pm were most had closed at 8pm

The coach was 30mins late , so had to wait in the sun with no shade with 2 children. Also on return the driver refused to drop us off on near our hotel ie he had to drive past the road but said he was only stopping at pickup point . So my family with kids , and also another older couple had to walk up hill for about 30mins in the early hours of the morning . If we had realised this would have just paid the extra and used taxis as not the service we recommend from Tui
