Onze Tui reisleidster Duygu aanwezig bij Globales Cortijo Blanco speelde een vies spelletje. Er worden folders uitgedeeld met prijzen €60 voor een volwassenen en €50 voor een kind. Ik besloot dit te doen en kon bij haar afrekenen op mobiel apparaat. Doet een beetje geheimzinnig met haar mobiele pin en schrijft €150 euro af voor een volwassenen en een kind van 15. Als ik haar hiermee confronteer komt er een smoes dat prijzen veranderd zijn blablabla. In de haven boek je rechtstreeks voor €45

Équipage super qui s'est très bien occupé de ma fille sujette au mal de mer. Ils ont en plus pris le temps de nous faire voir les dauphins, donc très bon moment.

chère surtout qu'une fois que l'on ce promène sur le port le prix est 3 fois moins chère pour la même chose . Et comme tous ce fais le premier jour a l'hôtel on ce fais avoir facilement

La communication pour la chose le plus importante, qu’il fallait pas partir car la mère était trop forte, était negligé. C’est pas pro, c’est de sal commerce.Après qu’on est parti, la dame nous a dit qu’on ne peut pas faire les activités prévu : arrête sur la mère, paddle, regarder les dauphins, etc…Au lieu d’annuler/posposer,, ils sont partis avec nous.Résultat: après même pas 35 minutes, 4 personnes malades, 2 vomissements, une avec température haut, 2 froids. On est revenu après 45 minutes !!
