hab einen Gutschein für Stand Up Paddling bekommen, leider wurde vor Ort kein Board angeboten, da alle 5 Boards Defekt sind, finde ich ne große Frechheit, da sich keine mühe gemacht wurde zumindest eins zu ersetzen, mir wurde stattdessen ein Tretboot angeboten. Absolut unfassbar das man nicht vorher informiert wird, da ich vom Hotel aus ne weite Anfahrt hatte ?? Vielleicht sollte das mal kontrolliert werden von TUI !!!

Vor Ort wurde eine Zahlungsbestätigung verlangt. Diese wurde uns zuvor nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Buchungsbestätigung genügte nicht. In Puerto de Mogan findet das SUP in der Bucht statt. Für Anfänger ist leider nicht viel Platz zum Üben. Außerdem fahren doch auch andere Boote sowie Jet-Skis, die relativ starke Wellen verursachen. Das erschwert es Anfängern.
