Sehr netter Guide, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, auch der Fahrer der ins abgeholt hat. Pünktlich, freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Alles hat super geklappt. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß. Wir wurden über vieles informiert und haben auch kulturell einiges erfahren. Wir konnten nachfragen und der Guide war sehr bemüht und von Anfang an haben wir uns blendend verstanden. Unser Guide Ngoc Toan hat uns perfekt begleitet, viel über das Exkursionsziel und das Land berichtet. Er war ein angenehmer Begleiter, der sich komplett auf uns Individualtouristen eingestellt hat: geredet, wenn nötig, geschwiegen, wenn Ruhe und Entspannung geboten waren. Gut war die Vorverlegung der Startzeit. Wir waren vor der täglichen Masseninvasion auf dem Berg und mussten an keiner Seilbahn anstehen. Sogar auf der Goldenen Brücke waren wir fast allein. Perfekt.
