Extra fees to be paid on site:

• Surcharge: Over time (per hour): 11/11/14 USD for Car/Van/Bus (paid to transfer operator)
• Late/Early surcharge from 10.00 pm to 5.00 am: 9/11/11 USD for Car/Van/Bus(paid to transfer operator)

Know in advance:

• Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
• Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
• The driver will be Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
• The customer service team (English speaking) is available on WhatsApp 24/7. Contact info found on the voucher
• The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
• You'll be requested to provide: pick up date and time, number of pax, pick up and drop off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
• Waiting time: for International flights - 90 minutes. For Domestic flights - 60 minutes. For train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
