53minutes late.Not a good start to your first excursion of the holiday, especially when you had to miss breakfast just to be on time for them even though they wasn’t on time for us. They arranged someone to pick us up and drop us to the coach but at that point we really didn’t want to go anymore. During the excursion the driver drove carelessly which made the whole ride uncomfortable and nerve wrecking. There were many unnecessary and unprofessional stops such as getting petrol and service stops

The “air conditioned coach” was stifling, with inadequate AC for the outside temperature. Not ideal since more time was spent on the buss than off! The final stop at the local bazaar was unnecessary. Our day would have been greatly improved by having more time in the two named locations. Comfort Break on the way home was a complete rip off 300TL for 2x 330ml ice teas! pick up was 40 minutes late.
