Step aboard for a relaxing hop-on, hop-off boat ride through Bangkok’s canals. Glide through the historic canals of Thonburi, discover temples, markets, and hidden gems along a scenic water route, or simply sit back and enjoy the ride.
Your adventure begins at Wat Mai Yai Nui pier, where you’ll board the boat and cruise along peaceful canals. First, you'll encounter Wat Paknam and Big Buddha, renowned for their colossal Buddha statue, emerald-glass pagoda, cosmic ceiling murals, and a serene atmosphere.
Next, you'll discover the Artist House and its surrounding community, also known as Baan Silapin. This 200-year-old wooden house has been transformed into a cultural sanctuary. Further along the route lies Talat Phlu food market, one of Bangkok’s most cherished local markets, famous for its street food and authentic neighbourhood charm.
Wat Nak Prok is dedicated to one of the most iconic episodes in Buddhist lore, the moment when the Buddha was shielded from torrential rain by the Naga, a mythical serpent-like being. As the Buddha meditated toward enlightenment, the Naga rose from the waters and curled protectively around him, creating a shelter from the flood. This powerful story is beautifully reflected in the temple’s imagery and atmosphere.
You can choose to disembark at any stop to explore. Your ticket is valid for 24 hours. If you’d rather stay on board, relax and enjoy the full loop as a leisurely sightseeing cruise.
