I certainly wasn't too pleased when I rented a fat tire bike and I go to the shop and saw one was waiting for me. However, they were not able to find the key. So I was pretty much forced to rent a thin tire bike. Unfortunately, they can get trapped in the rails of the tram cars...which happened.

I was stopping for3 nights and I'm overwhelmed by the high standards of the Monument Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness and facilities are absolutely brilliant. Located in great area surrounded with restaurants, pubs and shops. Less than 20 minut from Amsterdam Center. XXX
