The trip said it included transfers although it did not. It cost us £60 to get to and from the port. We also struggle to get a taxi back which left us feeling vulnerable. We had no clear information given, we had to chase information about a meeting time by email which took 2 days to get a response. The snorkling was cancelled and we were taken to a beach club which had few places to sit which made relaxing difficult and was not appropriate for adults. Overall we felt let down by TUI.
