No transfer provided dolphin experience itself was amazing but it it wasn’t for the shop assistant we wouldn’t of known that we had to get back on boat to go to other part of island food was terrible

There was no transfer included. When the eticket came through there was absoloutly no instructions as to what needed to be done. I.e. arrange own transfer and more importantly what time and from where did we need to be. It was an expensive tour and stressful just trying to find out what time it was on. Not great would not recommend booking experiences through TUI.
