We had ordered the Club Mobay experience for departing and it was extremely worth the money. The choice of food within Club Mobay was quite limited, however the speed and ease for us to get through security made up for this. We bypassed the long queues and went straight through. This was very welcomed by my family and I.

Excellent service, well worth the money . Straight through the crowds, it’s that easy that I fear the more people use it then the idea of it might be lost.

Did not get to experience the lounge as traffic in Jamaica is a nightmare so coach was late to arrive at airport. We rushed through the long queue to lounge nearest to are departure gate only to be told it was closing & would have to use the other one which was back where we had passed & didn't have time before our departure was called.

Fast track security and customs was excellent, well worth it. We only had 15 minutes in the lounge for a very quick drink. When we went to our coach the other 2 couples had been waiting some time.

There was no staff to assist us through the airport, making it difficult for my husband who has a disability. We had to queue along with everyone else and once through the final checkpoint we were directed straight to the TUI transfer bus. So a complete waste of money for the arrivals part. I hope our departure experience is different!
