Please note, the Natural History Museum is free to enter. Your purchase includes reserved entry, a host at the meeting point, a digital audio guide, a digital map and a donation to the museum. Special exhibition tickets can be purchased separately

Please note, sharp objects such as scissors and knives are strictly prohibited
A cloakroom is available to store coats (£3), umbrellas (£2), fold-up prams and fold-up bikes (£4). It is not recommended to store large bags and suitcases (£4-£5) as limited space is available
