Halve Thaise kookles en markttour vanuit Phuket

‘Be’ the host was absolutely fantastic, so much knowledge, skill and passion not only for the cooking lesson but pride in Thailand heritage and authenticity as well as the fresh produce generated from the locals at the nearby market. The market trip was an experience on its own with introductions to local produce and their owners followed by an excellent cooking class. Only improvement would have been if we could have expressed any food preferences at booking ie meat vs seafood etc

The cooking class was very enjoyable and all the staff were polite, knowledgeable and a joy to be with. I enjoyed all of it , I liked learning about the food at the market and the cooking was really well planned with everything ready & measured out. It was a lovely half day Only criticism it did run over time as there was quite a bit of cooking but didn’t spoil the experience.

Had a brilliant day here with Be and her team. Started with a tour of the market to understand the ingredients we were using and then off to her kitchens. Made three meals and dessert; very tasty if I do say so myself. Thoroughly recommend a visit.

Päivä oli upea! Minut haettiin ajallaan ja menimme torille. Chef B:n kanssa kiertelimme toria ja se oli mielenkiintoista. Opin paljon mausteista, thaimaalaisesta kulttuurista ja ruuasta ja sain maistella ja haistella mausteita. Sitten menimme kokkaamaan. Paikka oli hieno, omat kokkauspisteet jokaiselle. Teimme kolme erilaista ruokaa ja jälkiruuaksi herkullisia "Thai pudding".Chef B oli loistava opettaja, hän kertoi ruuasta ja perinteistä ja oli kärsivällinen. Täyden 10 kokemus!

This was one of the BEST things we did. The whole experience from start to finish was so professional and enjoyable. Our host, Be, was absolutely lovely, she went out of her way to make sure we had an unforgettable experience and we did! The food was fantastic, we learned new skills and had a really fabulous time doing it too. Two of our party had never cooked ever before and they loved it too! Don’t miss this!
