All participants must provide their full name and contact details at the time of booking. Please ensure that the name on your ID exactly matches the name provided at the booking to avoid issues at the entrance
Please note that the final pick-up time may vary from the booked time. Exact pick-up time will be sent the day before the tour after 5 pm; pickups may take place very early (even 3:00–4:00 AM) and depend on the museum’s schedule. If this happens, you will be informed and if possible, offered an alternative date or program
All visitors are required to pass through security checks before entering the museum grounds
Please confirm the pick-up place and time directly with the local operator. You can find their contact information in the voucher after booking
If no pickup address is received within 24 hours before the tour, pickup at the hotel is not guaranteed
Students can purchase reduced tickets only with a valid ID card
The tour pace and duration are set by the museum

It's recommended to carry your own food and water to reduce delays caused by ordering food on the spot
Please dress for the weather and respectfully, as this is a memorial site; waiting before entry can be long, so warm clothing, rain protection or sun cover may be needed
