Zwemmen met dolfijnen en catamaran Boottocht in Puerto Aventuras

Everything was wonderful from the start to finish! The value for this excursion is amazing!

Das "Schwimmen" mit den Delphinen war ein einzigartiges, unvergessenes Erlebnis. Allerdings hätte ich mir im Vorfeld mehr Informationen zum Verlauf des Ausflugs gewünscht. Ich hatte den Ausflug alleine gebucht und wurde alleine nur von dem Busfahrer zu der Delphinstation gefahren. Dort wurde ich abgesetzt mit der Information wann ich wieder abgeholt werde und musste mich alleine zurechtfinden. Die Katamaranfahrt mit Schnorcheln in einer sehr schönen Bucht hat meinen Ausflug abgerundet.

Please do not book with this company. We booked a trip with dolphins and catarmaran but as others have reported the catarmaran gets cancelled with no option to reschedule. We tried to cancel everything or rebook and they refused, basically saying if we dont do part of the tour we will be left there. Now we’re trying to claim back costs and they have lied saying we accepted an alternative trip which we did not. Refund via chargeback has been requested from bank. Tui refused to help us.

Overall an amazing day for me and the kids. Staff were really helpful, and the guides were super fun throughout the day. Was really relaxing and the extra Manatee feeding we added on top was well worth it. We Enjoyed every moment. What a lovely place X

Sadly, we didn't get to do the catamaran due to high winds, but we were not offered any alternative or refund. Apart from that, it was a fantastic experience for my family and me. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
