there is a return box available from 11:45 pm - 6:30 am at Terminal 3, 2F Arrivals Lobby "JAL ABC x GLOBAL WiFi Return BOX"
you will not be refunded if you fail to pick up your router
if you use more than 3GB in one day, you may notice slower speeds, or even a temporary loss of connection
you can return your device at any of our counters in major Japanese airports: Narita (T1 & T2), Haneda (T2 & T3), Kansai (T1), Chubu (T1 & T2), Fukuoka (Intl), New Chitose (Intl+Domestic), Naha (Intl), Asahikawa (Domestic), Komatsu (Domestic), Kagoshima (Intl+Domestic) or via delivery. Please contact the local operator to change your return location. You will find the contact details after booking
