Know in advance:

For children under 2 years old, if a seat is required, a ticket must be purchased at the same price as adults, and this must be noted
Weekends/holidays may face traffic delays or early closure of attractions. Routes, order, and stay times will be adjusted based on daily traffic to improve efficiency. Avoid arranging dinners or tight transportation connections (e.g., same-day flights/Shinkansen).
Please confirm the meeting point and avoid last-minute changes. Be sure to arrive at the designated pickup location on time; lateness is not allowed. As the itinerary cannot be transferred to other shifts or joined midway, any failure to participate in the day tour due to personal reasons will result in losses borne by yourself
Vehicle type: Determined by the number of participants. For small groups, a driver-cum-staff member will provide full tour services; no additional tour leader will be assigned

KABA buses may be suspended without prior notice due to weather conditions such as strong winds, typhoons, fog, snow, thunder, or rising lake water levels. If the boat is canceled due to weather, time will be rearranged to other attractions (at the guide’s discretion). KABA buses are not air-conditioned
The itinerary is for reference only—traffic conditions are uncontrollable. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for cancellations or poor photo quality due to force majeure (traffic/weather).
Guides will attend to international guests in multiple languages (not single-language). This is a shared tour; other language speakers may be on the same vehicle. Seats are first-come, first-served

Weather may affect the peak period of flower blooms/foliage color—no cancellations or refunds will be accepted
Luggage/special requests: Please inform in advance (additional fees apply). Luggage is not allowed on KABA boats—must be informed in advance

Verzamelpunt:

There are two meeting points depending on the starting time you choose. At 8:00 am at the JR Tokyo Station Marunuochi North Exit. The Tokyo Station is a red building. You need to find the “M12” sign at Tokyo Station North Exit and meet at the “M12” exit 20 meters to your right. Alternatively, at 8:30 am at the Shinjuku West Exit SMBC Bank. The guide will hold the Red Flag of JRT-Group. Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.
