From Cairo airport, you'll kickstart the tour at the Giza Necropolis. Home to the top trio of pyramids, this unforgettable site brings Egypt out of your textbooks and onto your camera rolls. Stand up close to the Great Pyramid, the largest of the three, and soak up the views against a desert backdrop. You can choose to step inside its mysterious tunnels and chambers (entrance ticket not included in your tour and subject to availability on-site).

After lunch, you’re in for a treat with the next stop at the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities - built in 1902 - rich with exceptional treasures, including the mummies and the gilded mummy mask of Yuya and Thuya—among the most spectacular ever found in the Valley of the Kings—remarkable for their extraordinary preservation and lifelike features. In the evening, take your return flight and get dropped off back at your hotel in Luxor.

Please note that you'll gain access to the pyramids area, but the entrance fees to get inside the pyramids (Cheops, Mykerinos or Kefren) are not included. The tickets available are limited and must be purchased on-site, so access is not guaranteed. The adult entrance fee for the Cheops Great Pyramid is around EGP 1500 (adult, 12+ years) and EGP (child, 0-11 years). The adult entrance fee for Mykerinos or Kefren is around EGP 280 and EGP 140 for children (age 0-11)
At the museum, personal cameras without flash are allowed for an additional fee which is around EGP 50. Please note that this is subject to change without prior notice

Know in advance:

Please send a photocopy of your passport or ID by email to the local operator upon booking the tour to proceed with your domestic flight reservation from Luxor to Cairo and vice versa. You'll find the contact details of the local operator on your voucher
The local operator will contact you 24 hours before your tour date to notify you with your flight details and pickup information
Hotel pickup service is included. Please provide your hotel information, your email and phone number at the time of booking
If possible, you may want to arrange a take-away breakfast box and late dinner with your hotel reception before the tour date

The Hall of Tutankhamun at the Egyptian Museum (including the Golden Mask and Golden Sarcophagus) will be closed from 20 October 2025 as the collection is being transferred to the new Grand Egyptian Museum.
