We booked this tour specifically to see the Big Buddha. When we reached the site, we were told that the Big Buddha was closed due to works due to a recent landslide. All we could see of the Big Buddha was the back, we couldn’t go around the front at all. If we had been told this when booking we wouldn’t have booked the trip. There was only one female toilet which had no hand washing facilities and contained a bin overflowing with used sanitary products. The stench made me wretch.

Enjoyed everything however needed more time to visit the Wat Chalong temples - only managed to see inside one of them

The guide was excellent (Bob) however, you could only see a little of the Buddha due to a land slip, which was disappointing. The temple visit was ok. The guide was very knowledgable. The cashew nut factory was ok very brief and nit very interesting at all. The code shop was pleasant. The night markers was disappointing very very busy, expensive and so commercialised. Plus there was an awful long time travelling in the van, which we now realise is standard for this area.

We vonden de reistijd en het ophalen van al de mensen erg lang We weten dat het naar Phuket stad een uur reizen is maar door het ophalen was het bijna 2 uur en dat is niet leuk dit gelde ook voor het terug rijden naar het hotel

It was all very good, the guide was amazing, nothing was too much trouble
