It was an informative trip. There was an issue with getting decent food versus snacks at the store. You had to pay $8 to go into the submarine to go get food from the food trucks. Crazy!

Driver was excellent. Our only problem was with the Park Service and their lack of directions on how to get on the boat.

Our guide was knowledgeable and entertaining!

Not allowed:

The U.S. Department of the Interior has implemented a “no bags” policy at Pearl Harbour. Passengers may not carry any concealing items, including purses, handbags, backpacks, diaper bags, etc. Small cameras are permitted, but must not be in a bag. No items are allowed to be left on your tour vehicle. When going over to Ford Island to visit the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum and/or the Battleship Missouri, guests are required to carry government-issued photo identification and no bags are allowed on the vehicle

Know in advance:

Ford Island is an active military base, and guests may be asked by security personnel at any time for their identification to ensure a safe environment for all
Due to ceremonies on December 7th each year, the park is closed to commercial vehicles, and the normal tours to the USS Arizona Memorial on that date do not operate. Additionally, on rare occasions, due to external factors beyond the local partner's control (including inclement weather and/or shortages of boat launch tickets), there is a possibility that you may not be able to visit the Arizona Memorial during your visit. You will still be able to visit the many Arizona exhibits and the visitors’ centre, the USS Bowfin and other monuments at the park
Pearl Harbor tours are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
Children between the ages of 12 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+

It is recommended to bring on tour only vital items like your identification and wallet, as long as these items fit in your pockets
