The Patronage of Alhambra and Generalife requires having the full name, age, passport (or identity card) and nationality of each visitor; this information is essential when purchasing a ticket. The name given at the time of booking must be the same name that appears on the identity card or passport of each participant
If a participant's full name does not appear on your voucher, contact the support team using the email address provided on your voucher at least 4 days before your visit
Failure to provide correct information may result in denied entry to the Alhambra
You'll need to show a valid ID or your passport
Please bear in mind that the time of your visit may vary according to the availability of the venue: should that be the case, you will receive an email with all the information. For logistical reasons, availability or other circumstances, the tour schedule could vary. You'll be notified If in any case this occurs, and if it does not suit your schedule, you will receive a full refund of your ticket

Meet your guide in front of the Alhambra mural map, located by the box office of the monument (main entrance). The guide will be carrying a white umbrella with the logo "NHUE" for easy recognition. Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the starting time of the tour.
