It's a must trip absolutely fantastic, prompt pick up and return, the guide in my opinion walked to quickly my partner and I were on occasions left behind as my partner does struggle to walk fast, then dropped further back taking photos, but still well worth it

Exceeded my expectations! The queuing system by language into the attraction could’ve been clearer but the guides were proficient historians and the chambers were incredibly well constructed. Would highly recommend as a must-do experience when in Krakow.

Given a pick up time not where I asked a little walk from where I was staying . Time for pick up was 12.50 which I acknowledged the night before . At 12.00 while I was in my room I checked my ticket to get into the mine and that said 11.45 so I panicked rang the number but was told I needed to speak to the tour operator which I didn’t we went to the pick up for 12.50 . Other people had experienced the same Please please inform people if the time changes in future
