With no guidance from Tui, I was not aware until the last minute that our hotel pick up, was in fact down the road at a bus stop by traffic lights. We very nearly missed our experience and it added stress. This should have been explained and much clearer, but as we never saw a rep at the hotel, we had no information to work from. Once on the trip, no issues.

Booked online via the app. Email told us where and when coach would be for pick up. Spent 4 hours in Lindos and bus driver told us where he would be and the bus number to look out for the return journey. Dropped off right outside hotel. Excellent day out

A straightforward transfer, probably a little dearer than catching a bus would have been but with hotel pickup.
