This excursion was cancelled by the operator 17 hours before we were supposed to go. Reason given was lack of participants. No rep to speak to at hotel as they are only at there for 45 minutes every morning. Guest services fobbed us off with a telephone number to call TUI directly and they said to email them. As per the terms No alternative was offered or even discussed and they said we would get a refund in 5 to 10 days, if I'm being asked to review then not sure the refund has even been sorted

Alexander was a great guide. Vasilios (can’t remember correct name) friendly driver. Both hospitable. Everything was very good.
