This experience allows you to discover the art of ice sculpting in a hands-on workshop, take a behind-the-scenes tour of the snow hotel's construction, and enjoy a 3-course dinner by an open fire.

Begin with a guided exploration of the ice storage facilities, where the temperature is always below 0°. Here, you'll learn how ice cubes, harvested from the lake during winter, are stored and transformed into sculptures. Under expert guidance, you'll have the opportunity to carve your own sculpture from ice.

Following this, you'll savour a three-course meal by an open fire. Start with a celery-apple soup with spruce bud oil. For the main course, at checkout you can choose from a selection of dishes that include glow-fried salmon served with potatoes, sautéed reindeer accompanied by potato mash and lingonberry jam, or vegan cabbage rolls paired with white bean purée. There are also kid-friendly options such as crispy chicken with French fries, pasta with tomato sauce and pasta bolognese. Conclude your meal with an apple-caramel pie topped with a white chocolate sauce.

This experience combines fun, creativity, and Lapland cuisine in one Arctic adventure.
