A more relaxed way to round off your holiday. Booking the VIP airport service and lounge ensures that you'll be greeted at the airport and then fast-tracked through check-in, hand luggage security and passport control.

Make your wait at the airport more comfortable and convenient. The service includes meet and greet on arrival and access to the terminal through a special entrance with accompaniment to the VIP lounge.

You'll then have use of a dedicated X-ray machine and be fast-tracked through a special passport control cabin. Also included is use of the VIP lounge for up to two hours, with complimentary coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and snacks. And you'll also have free access to TV, Wi-Fi and the press.

Wir haben den Dienst genutzt, weil wir seit ca. 22 Jahren das erste Mal wieder geflogen sind. Ich bin noch nie so schnell und einfach „abgefertigt“ worden. Diesen Dienst werden wir nochmal in Anspruch nehmen. 250€ für 2 Personen finde ich allerdings teuer.

Die neue Lounge ist ein absoluter Hammer. Nur jetzt kommt das große ABER…. Durch das neue Terminal verläuft sich das Passagieraufkommen ziemlich stark. Durch einen Nachtflug und einen gebuchten Privattransfer, waren wir exakt 2 Stunden vor Abflug da. Der Weg zur Lounge ist jetzt sehr lang. Die Lounge selber haben wir für ca. 30 Minuten nutzen können, da die Aufforderung kam, sich zum Gate zu begeben. Am Gate selbst stickige Luft, kaum klimatisiert. Bitte erst beim Boarding zum Gate gehen.

Es ging wirklich alles super schnell und easy, darum werden wir es mit Sicherheit wieder buchen.

Leider wirklich überteuert, 600€ für 5€ Personen ist schon heftig, vor 2 Jahren hat es noch pro Person 60€ gekostet

Viele Gäste am Check In - etwas Durcheinander - lange Wartezeit, obwohl anders ausgeschrieben war !
