Excursion d'une journée aux îles Similan en catamaran rapide - depuis Khao Lak

Very enjoyable trip with plenty of space on the catamaran. The beginning, end and lunch was quite chaotic with multiple boats and in the case of lunch multiple companies in the same place. Saw plenty of fish whilst snorkelling and the islands were stunning, brought powdery white sand and blue seas to another level.

First positives Beautiful cove very small , stunning waters Negatives Lack of information on pick up Too much time sitting on a packed boat Food awful , no understanding of coeliac with cross contamination with food , drink quality cheap brands . Only English on trip and others no manners With cost of trip being 220 pounds expected high class food and service but was disappointed.

Picked up way to early, so had to suffer almost a hour n half at meeting point, too many people. Snorkel spots, litter galore. Lunch was awful. Crew member spat in sea in full front view. Main smiling island beautiful. Wouldn't recommend, struggled to get on n off boat, as no proper landing point so becareful. Thought it was a bit over priced

enjoyed all the islands .When we booked we where not told we would have to wait 1 hr 30 mins from arrining to we boarded boat .We where picked up at 6.45 and did not leave to 8.45.Food was very poor.We booked an english trip but we where the only ones that spoke english.Was not impressed as could not understand the tour guide.

Well organised and professional company (Sawanu) 11hr day, breakfst/lunch/dinner all included & snacks/soft drinks all day . Islands are beautiful , 1.25 hours from marina . 2 beach stops , 2 snorkel stops off back of boat . Lots of fish to see especially on the 2nd stop . Lunch on the island/beach , hot meal . Wasn’t expecting a meal on our return , a nice surprise . Crew on boat were friendly & helpful . I personally would have loved more time snorkelling (30/40 ) mins but being picky !!
