Electric wheelchairs on the ramp. It is always possible to leave a wheelchair on the quay, that will be fastened with a lock and covered from rain by the local operators. There are a few steps to enter the boat

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure with your voucher (electronic or printed copy) for the check-in
One of the boats operating this tour is accessible to persons in manual wheelchairs. Please note that the ramp slope depends on the current water level. Please contact the local partner's customer department to get detailed information about your specific departure, you'll find the contact information on the voucher you'll receive after booking
Toilet and cafeteria are available on board
Dogs that can be kept in the owner’s lap throughout the tour are welcome on board. Please sit outside where possible or in the back of the boat. Due to lack of space it is not possible to keep your dog on the floor under your seat or in the gangway
In case of bad weather or not enough passengers, you will receive a full refund
The audio guide is available in English, German, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Swedish
