This tour is not wheelchair accessible. There are five steps to enter the boat and wooden benches with seat cushions (3 persons per bench)
Dogs that can be held on the owner's lap during the tour are welcome on board. Please sit in the back of the boat. Due to lack of space, it is not possible to keep your dog on the floor under your seat or in the gangway

Not allowed:

Strollers cannot be carried on board

There is no outdoor seating, but there is a small outside standing area in the aft of the vessel
