Our guide Dominique was very knowledgeable and took time to show us the sights and different areas to visit in Lisbon. There is a lot of travelling but I thought it was worth it. Lisbon is a beautiful city…it gave us a taster of how much there is to see and do there.

The trip was moved twice with less than 12 hours warning. This was the one excursion we wanted to do but like all the others we booked through TUI they were moved or cancelled last minute. Save yourself the stress and bother and book through someone else more reliable than TUI now have to wait 10 days to get our money back to boot so can't even spend it elsewhere on our honeymoon.

Lisbon is a beautiful city and worth visiting, but the trip was poorly organised. The main issue was the long bus journey and misleading information from TUI. The trip was advertised as 8 hours, but we were picked up at 5:30am and returned at 8:30pm – a 15-hour day. We only had about 3 hours in Lisbon. Too much time was spent picking up and dropping off people. Smaller buses serving different areas would have been far more efficient than one large coach.
