How it works?

1. Book: After booking, you will receive a separate email with the exact meeting point. Head there during the opening hours where a friendly staff member will greet you.

2. Drop Off: Show your ID or confirmation email to the staff, and they'll securely store your luggage for the day.

3. Pick Up: When you're ready to collect your bags, return to the same location within the operating hours. Present your ID or email, and the staff member will swiftly return your belongings.

Informations importantes

Know in advance:

Pick up and drop off your bags anytime between the opening hours
Count of Bags = Count of Adults (Example: if you are 1 person and want to store 3 bags, just click on 3 adults/bags)
You'll receive a separate email confirmation from the local operator with the booking code. You will receive it instantly or within 10 minutes after you book the activity
Please show this confirmation and booking code at your drop-off location, or ask them to look up the booking under your full name If you don't receive it or can't find it in your inbox, please contact the support team from the local operator with the contact details on your voucher
