You'll continue to a txakolindegi (a txakoli winery), to discover each stage of the process with an oenologist and your local guide, from vineyard and harvest to pressing and fermentation. Before enjoying a guided wine tasting of different txakoli styles paired with a small appetizer of Cantabrian products that highlight its citrus acidity, saline touch, and aromas of green apple and fresh herbs.
