Felt very unsafe travelling to location as driver was constantly on his phone while driving. Once we arrived both the local guide and TUI guide gave very little information while walking round the forest. Was expecting more wildlife and guides made little effort to find anything. A few times the guides were just on their phones and even went missing at one point in the forest. Lunch was good but other than that very poor value for money. Has now made us rethink if TUI are for us now.

Beautiful environment with great guide. Didn’t know how long we could spend at each point and road on was very poor

Great day. As it says on the tin our visit to the rainforest was met with torrential rain. It may have been a bad day as it was like that throughout. Alas we didn’t see much wildlife as a result but that didn’t detract. Walking through the rainforest in torrential rain was superb. The sensoria is a private/remote estate and so was very private. The waterfalls and thermal pools were great

Lovely area of tropical rainforest. We saw monkeys and Toucans on the coach drive to sensoria, but not much wildlife at the place itself other than some great trees, a hummingbird and a few butterflies. If you are going expecting to see Pumas, Tapirs, and a host of other things, you may be disappointed. The walk itself is lovely, and we had the chance to bath in not one but four pools. To be clear - this was more of a "wild swimming" experience than a wildlife hike, but it was very enjoyable!

We visited 2 waterfalls and one pool. We really enjoyed it but the waterfalls were very cold, the water wasn’t as blue as we’d expected and the pool wasn’t as warm as we expected. We also expected to visit several hot pools rather than just one. The guide was really informative. The food was really good and even catered very well for my son who is coeliac (gluten free pasta). Overall I would recommend this trip.

Didnt realise this is like a park experience I thought we would be hiking along proper rain forest trails. Not something set up for tourists. Having said that I did enjoy it and saw some amazing animals.
