The experience was great and it started snowing as we got to the 86th floor so it was absolutely magical! I wouldn't say there is anything to improve on this excursion, I would just advise adding into the ticket how early to arrive at the building before the excursion time as it didn't specify.

Het was een mooie ervaring. We hebben heel veel foto's gemaakt en we waren er om 22.00 uur was ook helemaal niet druk . Echt mooi met de stad helemaal verlicht . Echt een aanrader

Definitely worth paying for the skip the line service It allowed us to walk straight right through to the observation deck and saved 2 hours in line
