Aangekocht voor €172 2 pp waarbij in de beschrijving staat oa de Tunnels en de Skywalk, dat was voor ons de reden om dit te boeken. We zijn zeer zeer teleurgesteld toen we hoorden van Steve ( prima gids) dat dit er helemaal niet bij in zit. Dus we voelen ons eigenlijk best belazerd door Tui en verwachten in ieder geval ons betaalde geld terug. Zo slecht hebben we nog niet eerder meegemaakt. Erg teleurstellend!

Despite the change in status for the cable car being closed through no fault of your own, you arranged a great alternative that I felt was even better and we got to see everything we wanted plus more. Thank you for being so quick off the mark in offering the alternative full tour it was perfect.

The pass would of been really good value if the cable car had been in operation. This was a planned maintenance so it would of been nice to know that before we brought the passes. We didn't want the tour as we didn't want to be restricted.
