Start the day with a drink at a local café and a stroll through Hoi An's colorful market. Enjoy the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market and buy directly from local sellers some of the ingredients you'll need later for the cooking class.

Next, board the Red Bridge boat for a short cruise along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. After a stop in the cooking school's herb and vegetable garden, you'll be ready to try your hand at cooking some of Vietnam's well-known dishes.

Following step-by-step demonstrations by the Red Bridge chefs, you'll learn how to prepare some original recipes in just 2 hours, including the basics of Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). Finally, sit down and enjoy the dishes you have cooked yourself!
