Unfortunately the transfer bus from the hotel to the experience was nearly an hour late. We were standing outside the hotel with two 5 year olds in 28c heat with little shade. We then had to wait another 15 min for the hostess to arrive at the car park to take us to the boat. We ended up serving ourselves warm drinks from the fridge as non were offered. The temperature display on the fridge said 23c. The skipper was excellent, very informative, all felt very safe. Lunch was fantastic
