Tour was for hagia sophia and then palace, Followed directions on ticket only to be told by guide to go to another location 10 minutes walk away and do palace first the come back there 2 hours later. By time got to new location and been admitted to palace we would have only had 1,5 hours in palace insufficient to see half of it. By time we had finished palace there was no one around to redeem the second part of the tours entrance to Hagia Sophia so we had paid for something we never received.
