Unable to print off tickets which were required/ could not get them printed. Tour would not accept a screenshot of ticket. We had to pay again for tour again. Adii tour useless.

We were only sent the e-tickets just before the entry day and then told its best to print them. However as we were on holiday we didn't have our printer in the case! However, the guides waved us through. The audio was ok but some rooms mentioned weren't possible to enter
