Embark on a 4-day safari through the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, crowned by a magical hot air balloon flight.

Day 1: Zanzibar to Serengeti: After hotel pickup, fly directly from Zanzibar to the Seronera Airstrip in the heart of the Serengeti. Your safari begins right away with a game drive across the vast golden plains, home to lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, and huge herds of wildebeest and zebras. In the evening, head to Africa Safari South Serengeti for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater: Depart early for the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Descend 600 meters into the world's largest intact volcanic caldera, where around 25,000 animals roam, including rare black rhinos, lions, elephants, and hippos. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor before returning to Africa Safari South Serengeti for the night.

Day 3: Serengeti safari: Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti, tracking the Big Five and experiencing dramatic predator-prey encounters across open savannahs and acacia woodlands. As the day ends, go for your final overnight in the Africa Safari Serengeti Ikoma.

Day 4: Hot air balloon and return flight: Before sunrise, take off on a breathtaking hot air balloon safari, drifting silently above the Serengeti as the plains glow in the morning light. Spot wildlife from the air, then enjoy a memorable bush breakfast. After, you will drive to Seronera Airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar, where a driver takes you to your hotel.
