Enjoy an intensive Vinyasa yoga class with an experienced teacher.
Take a yoga class that focuses on the "flow", flowing movements centered around the sun salutation, and aims to bring breathing and body movement into harmony. In Vinyasa classes, movement is coordinated with the breath to flow from one pose to the next.
Discover Vinyasa which is a dynamic style of yoga and was adopted from Ashtanga Yoga in the 1980s. Vinyasa welcomes beginners and advanced yogis and yoginis and strengthens the entire body leading to inner peace all by itself in a meditative flow of movement.
