Discover Cologne's rich brewing heritage with this exclusive 2-hour private brew house tour.

Your experienced tour guide, easily recognizable by a black backpack bearing a Kompass and a red name tag, will take you on a customized expedition through the city's famous old town. You'll visit three famous brew houses and taste the local Koelsch-Beer (3 beers per person included) while hearing the strangest, funniest, and most impressive legends and facts about the city's highlights, including the iconic Cologne Cathedral. You'll explore traditional brewhouses, such as the 700-year-old Brauhaus Sion and Cologne's largest, Früh am Dom.

The tour will end near the Heumarkt, where your guide will provide recommendations for plenty of restaurants to continue your pleasure in Cologne.

Couldn't attend the tour despite booking and paying prior to departure because the ship was sailing before the end of the tour. It would have been impossible to make it back to the ship on time.

Our guide Julian was brilliant and knowledgeable, cannot fault him at all. However the meeting point should say at the cathedral because our Google map sent us somewhere 15 mins away and we almost missed the tour. Julian had to find us a table at each venue which during xmas markets was very difficult so we missed the last brewery and had to stay in the second one. Not a great experience overall but Julian saved it from a disastrous review.

I could not answer any of the above as we did not have this experience, due to lack of communication from TUI We booked this experience when we booked the cruise and did not see anywhere that it said you would have to go by yourself to find the tour guide, my friend who was with me has mobility issues and although can walk is very slow I don't have enough space left to give you the full feed back but all I can say is that I'm very disappointed ??

Our boarding time changed from 6.30pm to 5.30pm which meant we had to miss last beer in order to be back on time. However the guide was lovely and very knowledgable
