Discovering the Loire withe a self-guided bike tour is one of the most beautiful ways to discover the treasures of the Loire Valley.

Before setting off on the Loire Valley trails by bike, take a tour of the city of Blois and wander through its cobbled streets. You will discover Renaissance-style mansions and other charming little squares. Your steps will guide you to the Royal Castle. No less than 7 kings and 11 queens have passed through this castle! It's very special architecture keeps traces of these different passages. Allow at least 2 hours to walk around this great castle!

Follow the course of the Loire as you pedal along perfectly marked and signposted paths and roads and admire the magical landscapes of the peaceful countryside.

For the lunch break, you can bring your own picnic or try one of the many restaurant in the centertown of Blois !
