Kierros alkaa Largo do Mirandassa ja jatkuu jännittävällä ajelulla 1818 metrin korkeudessa sijaitsevalle Pico do Arieirolle, josta avautuvat upeat näköalat. Kirkkaana päivänä voit nähdä täältä Ponta de São Lourençon, Ribeiro Frion ja Paúl da Serran.

Seuraavaksi huristelet Santo da Serran ainutlaatuisen metsän läpi ja palaat sitten Madeiran etelärannikolle, jossa sinua odottavat kauniit näköalat paikallisten maanviljelijöiden viljelmille ja vaikuttavat näköalapaikat. Viimeiseksi pysähdyt vielä Cristo Rein näköalapaikalla, minkä jälkeen on aika palata takaisin lähtöpisteeseen.

We have done a similar trip, had open roof. We expected same but it was fixed roof. We were ok but others in back were not. Please just make sure advert is clear to set expectations.

I loved this trip but some of the seatbelts didn't work in the 4 X4. There was enough time at all the sights and the driver was helpful stopping for the toilet and when one of our party was feeling sick. I'm glad I brought a waterproof as you do go up into the clouds and it was cold and damp for a while. We were also glad of our walking shoes don't go in flipflops. The driver could have done with microphone as we couldn't hear in the back and relied on someone else relaying the info

Fantastic tour, lots of stops, diversity of locations, appropriate amount of time at each site, friendly driver, amazing scenery. Driver was a little late picking us up - not his fault, but a text to let us know he on his way would have reassured us. Warning to bring a coat would have been helpful, as it was very cold and windy on the mountain tops!

This was the highlight of my holiday. Better than expected. Silver, piloting the Land Rover Defender was a great tour driver. Lots of off roading and photo opportunities. Thanks Silver!

Antonio (Tony) was a great guide, good company and amusing. We had enough time at our various stops. I enjoyed stopping at a local cafe to sample the local cider. However the younger people on the trip had no cash to pay for their drinks (card payment was not available) and Tony had to pay for them. They also couldn't tip him, which is the courteous thing to do, but I did - so I guess my tip ensured Tony wasn't out of pocket! A bIt unfair on me! People should be told to have cash with them...
