If you fancy a taste of the high life, these private charters have everything covered. Choose between a 45ft or 50ft yacht, or a catamaran – depending on the size of your party – and enjoy a morning or sunset at sea. You'll have canapes in the shadow of Lover's Beach and Land's End, before a snorkel stop at a secluded bay to complete the line-up.

Bring swimwear, towel, biodegradable sunscreen, light sweater and hat
Guests must remove footwear before boarding – this is a barefoot boat
Minimum age is 8 years
Dock fee is USD 2.00 per person. This fee is not included and should be paid at check-in on the day
Round-trip transport in an air-conditioned van is available from most hotels in Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo for just USD 10.00 per adult and USD 5.00 per child – see your TUI Rep for details
Excursion meeting points and time will need to be confirmed with your TUI or Destination Services Rep in resort (or by phone)
Guests choosing to enter the ocean will not be served alcohol before
Maximum weight is 120kg
Not suitable for guests who suffer from travel sickness

Not suitable for those with reduced mobility
Children must be supervised by an adult (over 18 years) at all time
