For lunch at the restaurant, you can choose between fried fish, breaded fish, fish fillet and chicken, chicken fillet or grilled chicken; drinks are not included. For vegetarians, the tour operator can only offer vegetables
Please indicate your pickup location at checkout. Pickups start in Cancún at 5.00 am. The local operator will communicate the pickup time close to the tour date
If you're staying in an apartment, please check the available meeting points in the meeting point section. The tour operator will let you know where to meet
You will be transported to the meeting point in a first vehicle (van or bus), and then board a bus with the rest of the group to reach your final destination
Your tour guide will give you a limited time to spend at each place; it's very important to follow the instructions and be on time to get back on the bus
The local operator will not be held responsible for items left on the bus, make sure you have everything at hand before getting off
Infants must sit on their parent's lap during the bus ride

Remember to bring:

Comfortable clothes, a swimsuit, towels, hat, sunglasses, biodegradable sunscreen and extra clothes

If you're staying at a different accommodation, the local partner will pick you up at one of the authorized meeting points: Cancún - Hotel Bonampak (Av. Bonampak 01-Interior 225); Playa del Carmen - Plaza Antigua (10 Av. Sur) / Plaza las Perlas (Av. Constituyentes LB, Gonzalo Guerrero) / Coco Bongo (Calle 12 Norte, corner of Av. 10 Norte); Tulum - Super Aki Store (Carretera Federal Tulum Ruinas s/n). To arrange your pickup from one of these meeting points, please contact the local provider at the phone number you'll find on the voucher after booking. To all guests of the Bahia Principe hotel complex, the meeting point is at Hacienda Doña Isabel, the official place assigned to board the tour. Be next to the letters Hacienda Doña Isabel.

Why don’t tui tell you when you book that the trip is 5 hours each way on a cramped bus what we saw was good but such a long day wasted driving

Transfer naar tour perfect geregeld. De lunch, ontbijt in de bus ook heerlijk. Gids Arturo van stap travel tours is heel duidelijk, weet veel en vrolijk. Las Coloradas prachtig en genoeg tijd om mooie foto's te maken en te genieten van de mooie omgeving. Rio Lagartos en de Crodilario waren ook geweldig! Mooie afwisseling van activiteiten en nergens hoeven wachten....

Over de gids reisleiding: Die waren er niet. De chauffeur heeft de dag gered om als gids, reisleider en chauffeur te fungeren. Bravo Oscar! Pijnlijk was hoe weinig een tip gaven voor zijn inzet. 20 rijke toeristen die niet eens 5 dollars gaven op 4 na. Die man had gereden, uitgelegd en ons vermaakt van halfzes s'ochtends tot 22u40. Mijn vrouw en ik waren de eersten opgehaald en de laatsten teruggebracht.
