The "Satoyama philosophy" is to cherish, protect and pass on the blessings and traditions of the land. Takamiya Garden Saryo in Fukuoka builds on this philosophy to deliver exquisite cuisine that respects Japanese food culture while incorporating new techniques.

Enjoy a supreme dish made with ingredients from Kyushu, a treasure trove of food, and using the minimum amount of seasonings. The 10-course menu features carefully selected seasonal ingredients from Kyushu, wagyu beef, and lobster using a special soup stock.

Not allowed:

Guests under 12 years old are not allowed to enter the hall or teahouse. Please note that guests under 12 years of age are only allowed in private rooms. A separate private room fee of 3,000 yen per person will be charged

Dinner time is by reservation only. If there are no reservations by 3.00pm on the day, the restaurant will be closed
