During this full-day experience, you'll be able to become familiar with some well-known Italian brands and delicacies born in Emilia-Romagna. It allows you to discover the production processes of local excellencies, such as Parmesan Cheese and the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

You'll be collected with a minivan directly at your place in Bologna in the morning and let your perfect day begin. You'll have a guided visit to a cheese factory and learn how aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced. Dive into the most authentic making of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO: from the curdling into the typical copper heaters to the salting and the final aging in the so-called wheel cathedrals, you'll be a privileged witness of almost all the steps of production of this out-and-out food icon. Tasting at the end.

You'll visit “Acetaia” and discover the production of the famous “black gold”, the precious traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, which you'll be able to taste at the end of your guided tour.

Your experience wouldn't be complete without visiting the Ferrari Museum, to see the most famous supercar brand of all time, Ferrari, together with the Lamborghini Museum to explore the fascinating history and the first visionary creations of the genius of Ferruccio Lamborghini.

You'll have a light lunch in a picturesque estate situated among the gentle hills of the Modena area. At the end of the day, the driver will take you back to your place in Bologna.

Pickup is from P.za XX Settembre, in the square in front of the NH De La Gare hotel, just a 5-minute walk from Bologna central train station. The van leaves at 08:55 am, and will not wait for latecomers. If you arrive late to the meeting point because of train or other transportation delays, the local operator won't be able to accommodate you, send a refund or reschedule the tour to another day. It's kindly suggested to plan extra time for your journey to avoid any issues.
